* sci-mathematics/nauty: fix v2.7.3 build with GNU libtool.Michael Orlitzky2021-11-231-0/+4
| | | | | | | | | | I accidentally left a variable unset from the Debian autotools patch, leading to build failures with the libtool that everyone actually uses. This commit sets it with sed, and gets us a proper soname again. Closes: https://bugs.gentoo.org/826778 Package-Manager: Portage-3.0.28, Repoman-3.0.3 Signed-off-by: Michael Orlitzky <mjo@gentoo.org>
* sci-mathematics/nauty: new upstream version 2.7.3.Michael Orlitzky2021-11-222-0/+75
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | In principle a straightforward update, except that we need to use a whole new set of re-rolled patches from Debian and Fedora. Other than that, what's new: * EAPI=8. * Added missing sys-apps/help2man to BDEPEND. * Disabled popcnt unconditionally for clang support. * Can now install the example programs with USE=examples. * The unused USE=test flag was dropped. * */*: [QA] Fix trivial cases of MissingTestRestrictMichał Górny2019-12-111-1/+2
| | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | The result was achieved via the following pipeline: pkgcheck scan -c RestrictTestCheck -R FormatReporter \ --format '{category}/{package}/{package}-{version}.ebuild' | xargs -n32 grep -L RESTRICT | xargs -n32 sed -i -e '/^IUSE=.*test/aRESTRICT="!test? ( test )"' The resulting metadata was compared before and after the change. Few Go ebuilds had to be fixed manually due to implicit RESTRICT=strip added by the eclass. Two ebuilds have to be fixed because of multiline IUSE. Suggested-by: Robin H. This commit represents a new era for Gentoo: Storing the gentoo-x86 tree in Git, as converted from CVS. This commit is the start of the NEW history. Any historical data is intended to be grafted onto this point. Creation process: 1. Take final CVS checkout snapshot 2. Remove ALL ChangeLog* files 3. Transform all Manifests to thin 4. Remove empty Manifests 5. Convert all stale $Header$/$Id$ CVS keywords to non-expanded Git $Id$ 5.1. Do not touch files with -kb/-ko keyword flags. Signed-off-by: Robin H.
