libheif and libcap are confirmed to successfully build and pass tests;
earlyoom fails tests but at least the Go part cleanly builds.

Package requires X11/X.h on build which now belongs to
x11-base/xorg-proto.

We used to try to install config/.* for unknown reason. All versions we
have in the tree would not want to install anything with that wildcard.
And it seems to cause problems with python 3.11 or maybe an up-to-date
portage version.

Seems project was abandoned by upstream.
Still useful for ytfzf and there's no notable issues with it,
so there's no plans to remove it for the time being.

Altivec vectors can be defined with either the "vector" keyword or the
"__vector" type. In general "__vector" should be prefered for
include files, as otherwise it might conflicts with other type define
in the source code (define a vector class in C++ is quite common).
This causes bullet to fail to build on powerpc if the
code is compiled with -maltivec, or by default on ppc64el which always
has altivec enabled.
