* Use gnuconfig.eclass to update configfsf.{guess, sub} before the wrapped
versions call them.
* Export CBUILD too just in case for the deduced host from upstream's wrapped
config.guess (not the same as gnuconfig's at all, see bugs for details).
* Save/restore upstream's config.{guess, sub} to make sure that for the second
multilib build we still have it available to run. In practice, this may not
have mattered too much, as the exported ac_cv_host should've persisted, but
it's still worth being (clearly) correct as is the case now.
* Move cpudetection warning into pkg_pretend so it's easier to spot and
we also don't then repeat it for each ABI.

Requires sample files from tree-sitter-c to be available, but these
files are not installed with dev-libs/tree-sitter-c, and are instead
expected to be pulled down via making the tree-sitter-c javascript
wrapper package a dependency in package.json. However since we invoke
"tree-sitter test" directly rather than via "npm test" the source
package for tree-sitter-c will not be available.

`output-damage` fails but apparently related to my amdgpu card, the
generated screenshot was manually checked against the reference image,
only minor corruption existed. Re-testing with `LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1
GALLIUM_DRIVER=softpipe` yielded another 2 failures `output-transforms`
and `color-icc-output`, which is somewhat indicative of proper function
because no overlapping between the failures on the two mesa drivers
exists.
