2) Late approval of GLEP 75 [2,3]
=======================================================

After a brief discussion on the disadvantages of directory names based on file
name hashes, the following motion was carried:

"GLEP 75 is to be marked accepted and final."
(carried with 5 yes votes, 1 abstention, 1 absent)


3) License of meeting summaries and marking of logs [4]
=======================================================

The following motion was carried: 

"From now on meeting summaries are explicitly licensed CC-BY-SA-4.0; a license 
file stating this and that the log files are not copyrightable will be added to 
the directory."
(carried with 7 yes votes)


4) Open bugs with council participation
=======================================================

Bug 646068, "GLEP 75: Split distfile mirror directory structure" [6]
This has already been handled in 2).

Bug 695172, "Please clarify QA policy regarding USE flags with underscores" [7]
This has already been covered in the last meeting and can be closed.

Bug 696882, "Register /EFI/Gentoo namespace in UEFI Subdirectory Registry" [8]
There has been no related news.

Bug 662982, "[TRACKER] New default locations for the Gentoo repository, 
distfiles, and binary packages" [9]
It is unclear how much still needs to be done here; the delay seems to be 
caused from bug 693454 [10]. Whissi will ask Infra and portage teams about it.

Bug 637328, "GLEP 14 needs to be updated" [11]
There have been no updates. Whissi promises this will be resolved for the
December meeting.

Bug 642072, "[Tracker] Copyright policy" [12]
This is blocked only by devmanual updates, see bug 668686 [13].

5) Open floor

No items were brought up. 

Bug 699344 "Policy review: Undertakers policy should be reviewed and updated"
was likely intended for today's agenda but never made it to the mailing list
for discussion; it should be sent there and then discussed at one of the next
meetings.
