version bump to: 1.2.13 in the stable (2.4 kernel) branch and 1.3.85 in the testing branch for 2.6 kernels. Note that 1.3.85 should work with 2.4 kernels as well. This hard work was done by up and coming Gentoo developer Stefaan DeRoeck <stefaan.deroeck@gmail.com>.
