At 2016-05-13 08:56 (UTC), this system issued a critical event and powered down.
We're working with the Open Source Lab of the Oregon State University to fix this issue ASAP. In the meantime, rsync and distfile mirrors won't be updated and blogs will be unavailable. Git mirrors are not affected by the issue.
#### Update (2016-05-16)
At 2016-05-14 20:15 (UTC), dipper booted up again.
Thanks to Robin H. Johnson (Gentoo Infra Lead) and Justin Dugger (OSUOSL), dipper disks were moved to a system that was part of the old Gentoo ganeti cluster, the system configuration was updated and it resumed its role.
