* configure Add --enable-esp. Add-fno-stack-protector
to stage1_cflags.
* gcc/configure Add --enable-esp. Check -z now and -z relro.
Define ENABLE_ESP.
Check if we support crtbeginP and define ENABLE_CRTBEGINP.
* libmudflap/configure Add AC_SUBST enable_esp.
