sci-visualization/gnuplot: Import live ebuilds from sci overlay
This makes tracking the history easier, since live and derived release ebuilds live in the same repo now. Exact copy, will compare and/or update it from release ebuilds within the next days. Package-Manager: portage-2.3.0_rc1
