mail-client/thunderbird: add 128.4.0
- sync changes from firefox-esr: add support for llvm-19, toggle clang use
flag off to make gcc the default compiler, filter some lto-related flags
that turn warnings into errors as they break on gcc (lto still works on
gcc), clear apulse-related messages.
