sci-mathematics/pari: new ~arch revision, cleanup old.
The new pari-2.15.2-r1... * Separates out a new flag, USE=examples; * Replaces an old "permanent" patch with a new temporary one (already committed upstream) needed to install the documentation properly; * Drops an an old hack for -O0 because I can no longer reproduce the issue that motivated it.
